Let Me Introduce Myself

Welcome to (A bit of) Tomwoolery.

It's a bit like TomFOOLery, but with yarn, as well as some other stuff.

So why another NEW blog?  First . . . I chose a new blog URL sometime in the fall around my birthday time. My 70th if you couldn't tell by the URL. It turned out ..... that is really a pain in the shorts to type.

It also turns out, I just really didn't like the name. What seemed cute at the time really started to annoy me.

Also, 2025? It was a bit of a 💩 show (in the grand scheme of things AND a whole lot more personal). I need not just a fresh start, but a FRESH start. I have spent the last few days eliminating all past from my social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook). 

Let me tell you .....there was a LOT of deleting.

I set about coming up with a name that would be

a punny play on words and lighthearted.

You will not be finding any drama here.

Well, unless there are breaks in my yarn or

tangles in my floss.

Y'all KNOW Giroux never creates drama

and I suspect you've figured that my DH must be a saint.

(He is ...... well, most of the time.)

I guess that's about enough for now.

Real posts will begin on the day of all days for a fresh start ---- January 1!
