Start As You Mean To Go
It is said you should start the new year as you mean to go.
I started by going to bed early.
No ball drop for me.
This morning I made my tea and started as I mean to go.
I intend to reduce my yarn and cross stitch stash this year. It will certainly take more than just one year to make a significant difference. Some may find new homes.
But started I have.

I started the year by buying yarn -- ha! But I used much more than I added in 2025, and I plan to continue that in 2026. (I tried to go to bed early last night, but someone in bed with me decided to perform a snore symphony and kept me up late!)
ReplyDeleteThat yarn will make a very pretty Sophie Scarf. I want to finish some of my current works in progress. I worked on a cross stitch and the never ending Half and Half Triangle Wrap. Blog post hopefully tomorrow. The dreaded Christmas Cold has made its way to our house.
